Is the barrell in the "AR-15 DS-4 Kit" 16 inches? Also, can you explain the basic differences between the "AR-15 DS-4" kit and the "Complete 16" CAR Kit". Thanks 7.62lew |

I, too, have questions about this kit, as the website doesn't seem to accurate in its description: 1.) If I buy the Pre-Ban Kit, Is the Standard Buttstock a Pre-Ban (Telescoping), or is it post-banned (pinned)? 2.) Am I correct in assuming the upper assembly comes pre-assembled & headspaced? 3.) How much would shipping cost? The reason I'm asking is because I'm helping a friend build himself a pre-ban style M-4 Style carbine before he gets sent off to Basic Training. He wants to get some practice in, and wants a pre-ban style rifle before they're banned again... From what I've heard from friends, your quality is quite nice, as well as service... Thanks for being an AR-15.com contributing Industry Partner, as well... Not often do manufacturers take this kind of interest in their customer base.

Here's the answersfor your questions. 1) On pre ban DS-4 kits it comes with the 6 position DS-4 stock. Post ban version come with the pinned stocks. 2) Our uppers come assembled and headspaced. 3) Shipping would run ~$18 to MN Let me know if there's anything else. Jesse |
