Upon shooting it, the back sight is all the way to the left, yet the rifle is still shooting right at 100 yards.
I've heard that this could be an over-torqued barrel...
What is the solution to this?

Overtorque is the most likely problem, the way to solve it is by removing the barrel and rebarreling it. Give us a call at the shop and we will give you an RMA number so you can return it for repair.
