I have a set of Troy carbine drop in rails, when they are mounted, there is a little rotation to the rail.

Is there a trick to getting them locked up tight?

Quick update:

I have been in touch with the service dept, they sent an RMA to inspect the rails in order toe better diagnose the issue.

final update.

Troy Customer Service sent a mailing label in order to have one of their techs look at the rails to see if they could define my issue. after a few days I received corraspondance that the rials were out of spec and that it would be taken care of soon.

Yesterday I received replacements in the mail.

Troy stood behind their product when it would be just as easy to write off the parts.

I couldn't be happier with their service.
