I ordered a an Alpha Rail a month ago, and after putting my rifle together realized that I had either lost the retaining clamps, or they weren't in the box. I called and your folks have one in the mail coming to me for no charge... This has kinda caused a problem for me however as now I'm really wanting to put these rails on all my guns as your top-notch customer service sweetens the deal.... Thanks! |
