Will the PRI low profile adjustable gas block fit under the TROY TRX Extreme rail?
if so any chance one of the holes line up with the adjustment screw?

Yes it does. However, none of the holes lined up in my 16" midlength. Not a huge deal, just twist it to the position for removal, adjust the gas set screw and twist it back then tighten the two screws at the bottom.

I have that setup. I just milled a hole in the rail to accommodate the allen wrench.
If you are careful, you could do it wit a drill, but I'd make sure you measure twice, and drill once!!
