There is a lot of buzz going on about FDE RIS II rails being no longer available to anyone but MIL. Is this true?
If it is, are you under a contractual obligation that forbits you to sell them to the civilian sector or can you just not meet the volume that MIL is asking for therefor not being able to supply them to us? If the latter do you plan on selling them to the civilian sector once MIL demand is met? Are there any RIS II rails available in ANY color at this point in time? |

Right. However, this is about 5 months old. According to this black is ok but black is no where to be found. I was also curious as to why. |
