Not sure what Rail system this is, Ive looked at the website and can't determine how the rail system comes apart. I found which looks like allen wrench bolts on the inside near the barrel nut area. Do I unscrew those to take the rail system apart along with the screws that hold the rail system together?

Pic so you all know what Im talking about.
Its a V5LW

That's our Omega X Rail 12.0.  To remove it, you need to remove the 6 slotted screws that secure the upper and lower haves together.  then you need to use a 5/64th allen wrench to loosen the set screws that secure the rail system to the barrel nut.  The set screws run parallel to the barrel and can be found above and below the Sling Swivel Attachment Points on both the left and right hand side of the rail system.  They are very small and concealed.  If you have any more questions, let me know.
