I recently purchased DD fixed front and rear sights. I got a good deal on them. They look like solid quality sights and well built (and look good on my rifle). I was looking around for a second set for my fathers rifle and came across some for sale on an Airsoft website. I don't put airsoft parts on my firearms, just wanted to make that clear. My question is that the picture of the airsoft ones and the ones on my rifle look exactly the same (as do the ones on DD website), what are the differences between the two and how would I tell if the ones I bought are airsoft sights or the AR sights?

For refrence these are the sights I'm refering to (picture from DD's website):

Thanks,
Dan

Mine have us pat on the front sight and us pat number D631935 on the rear in addition to the markings on yours. They came from brownells so I'm betting they are real. Will take pics in am if I remember and post tomorrow.
