Whats the difference between the DD M4 lower and DD-15 lower?

the difference in the complete lowers you mentioned is the buttstock. The DDM4 Lower has a Magpul MOE buttstock.

Is there any difference in the "roll mark", or just the stock?

Every gun/receiver I've ever seen was marked "M4 CARBINE"
