Spoke to Rock River Arms today about replacing the buffer on an LEGP rifle. Explained that the problem was purely cosmetic, not a reliability or safety issue. The first and only person that I had to speak to was a very nice lady that you could tell knew AR15's. All she did was verify my address and phone number (very quickly, I might add) and then informed me that I should be receiving it on thurs or fri this week - shipped priority mail. She said a return shipping label would be included in the box. Excellent customer service!!! I will soon be purchasing a complete lower, an upper, and a entry buttstock from them - highly recommend them. Tate |
