Hi Guys,
I ordered a 6.8 upper on 1/27 and it arrived this week, very happy with the turnaround time. I was expecting it to take longer. My one piece of feedback though, you shipped it adult signature required and never sent any tracking information. I was out of town and came back to multiple "sorry we missed you" notices on my door. Had you provided tracking information arrangements could have been made. Luckily I was back in town for the final delivery attempt. |

If we have an e-mail address for the "ship to" addressee, the UPS shipping system is supposed to send a notification of shipment to that e-mail address at time of shipment.
evidently that didn't happen, for whatever reason, in this case. If you would, please e-mail me with your contact information and I canmake sur ethat there is an e-mail address in your customer file. Thanks. Steve/RRA |
