Steve, is there any idea about how long the R3 complete upper assembly that I ordered will take before it is shipped out? I've ordered it about 40 days ago?

I've been trying to get you a solid answer for several days, and the best I can come up with is that we're holding on barrels.  As soon as they come in, we use up whatever is received (in date order) and wait for the next batch and do the same.
