I picked up what looks like a new virgin stripped lower on a trade. Lower is marked "Rock River Arms Operator" on the right side of the mag well. Serial number starts with a "KT".
Question: Were all of these lowers assembled and left the factory as Rifles? Any leave the factory as stripped lower "Receivers"? Thanks in advance!!! |

I believe all left as part of a complete rifle. There may have been a few seconds sold through our storefront at Camp Perry that were sold as stripped lowers or lower halves as well. If you would either IM or e-mail me the complete serial number, I can tell you what configuration it was in when it left here.
