Are these proprietary? I have a used/new 10.5 chrome lined HB on the way, and need to know if it accepts standard bolt.

Standard M4 and rifle extensions in use (on the .223/5.56 models), depending on the build.

If I buy your parts separately:
What type of feed ramps do you use on the 16" Mid-Length lightweight barrel (AR0213CLASY)?
What about your upper receivers?

Most of the CL bbls and A4 receivers are M4 configured these days, and if you specify on your order that you need compatible barrel extensions and receivers we can generally accommodate your needs.

I checked, my barrels RR 16" Pencil AR0213CLASY (x2) have M4 extensions, however the upper receivers do not - can I exchange the upper receivers?

Call Sales (866-980-7625) and give it a try. Let them know they're to be used with the barrels you just bought, and that the barrels have the M4 ramps. If they have any questions, they can ask me.
