I just machined my first 80% lower and I didn't realize the .156" pin hole diameter called out on the blueprint was oversize to allow for anodizing so the .152" pins that came in my lpk are on the loose side.  What is the actual diameter of your hammer/trigger pins p/n AR0087NM?  Do you offer any oversized pins?
Thanks.

The NM pins are oversized with a nominal .1555-.156 diameter.
Not sure where you got .152 pins...standard pins should be .154ish.

Sounds like your NM pins are going to work perfectly for me.  I was also surprised that my pins are .152" but I measured them in a few different places and I trust my Mitutoyo calipers.  I won't be buying any more no name local parts...
Thanks

My Colt and Armalite (1990ish) pins were .152" as measured with mic. The RRA Varmint were .154"ish and were a tight fit in a brand X lower.
