| I have a Elite Comp A4 that I bought in july 2004 just before the Assault Weapon Ban expired. I want to change out my fixed front sight for a RRA flip front sight gas block assembly and install a free float tube from Samson at the same time. I don't have the rifle in front of me right now, does anyone know the Tactical muzzle brake was installed back in 2004? Just want to know how to get it off and what tools I will need. |

If it was during the ban, any brake is pinned and welded to meet that requirement of the ban.
It can be removed, but I would only recommend someone with experience getting them off do it, as one mis-step and you can wipe out the muzzle thread pretty easily. Steve/RRA |
