[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Questions about Poly 1911

Maybe I missed the answers to these, but the few posts I found didnt give much information.
Will RRA be offering the poly 1911 in any other calibers but .45ACP? Maybe .38 Super?
Is it a standard barrel or ramped?

I'd also like more info. Are there any plans for a commander length pistol? With a bobtailed frame maybe? Factory night sight options?

Right now it is a single stack .45 ACP. They are looking into a hi-cap down the road.
Let them ship the first few and recoup some of their R&D before asking for options.

No problem waiting. Just looking for more info.
Another random thought, will the frame be compatible with other aftermarket 1911 components? Grips, FC parts, etc?

I imagine there will be more to talk about once we start producing the pistols this spring/summer.

Awesome, thanks for the response. I'll be waiting eagerly with rolled pennies in hand.
