Are all RRA buffer tubes still commercial dimensions?

We've offered Mil-Spec diameter tubes as a sub/upgrade for about five years. If a rifle with CAR-stock is ordered and the MS tube is not ordered, the rifle will ship with a commercial receiver extension.

If you bought one from a dealer how can you tell which buffer you have?

the commercial diameter is greater than the mil-spec.

The sticker on the end of the case would specify a mil-spec receiver extension if it had one installed.
