Other than the buffer and spring, are these the same for .223 and .308?  I like the standard A2 stock but want the QD sling feature offered by the Operator stocks.

I just replaced mine with the following:

Makes life a lot easier.  I took another one and had the shop modify it to fit the shooter M1 Garand's as well.
