will any ar15 rear flip up iron sight work with the LAR 8 flip up front gas block sight????

I bought a Troy rear folding BUIS, works good,  I needed to drop the front sight one click when sighting it in

As long as you're using the RRA LAR-8 gas block or oue newer A2 front sight...yes (to the same extent that any 223 rear sight will work with any 223 front sight...).
