What do you think - would you buy a LAR-22 if Rock offered one?

While that sounds like a nice new model introduction, a lot of us believe that Rock River needs to catch up on the vast majority of their backlogged work before they introduce new versions, (Ahem....LAR-8)

Maybe, AR .22 rimfires seem a bit pricey for a .22 the idea being that it's cheaper to squeeze the trigger after you shell out for the gun sounds good. Think of how much ammo you could get for five or six hundred bucks so yeah a strong maybe.

I can tell you this much––dropping a Spike's tactical unit into my RRA has allowed me to shoot an absolute ton for cheap.  I've saved enough on ammo that I'm seriously considering getting a barreled .22 Spikes upper to go with my drop-in conversion.

But would I dedicate a whole AR to a .22 only?  No.
