So people are talking about RRA building in order, also in batches, and others to say look up the threads on the manufacturing.  I have used the searches and what not and haven't found anything.  How do they do them?  Batches of a certain type from the oldest order of that type for like, 500 units or something?  can someone show me the thread others are talking about?

They build them in Batches of like type rifles. How many are in a batch I've no idea. You can look through this forum for posts by the rrampderator I don't recall the exact post. Also you can tell by order numbers. If they were built individually in order recieved the order numbers that are shipping would be sequential. Manufacturing is about effeciency, it's not effecie to switch around rifle builds everyday.

I think just the one right now, however I think I read they were building a new facility to speed up production.  Im not 100 percent sure though.

I don't think they are building a new facility. The one they have now is pretty new. I was by RRA 2 weeks ago and there wasn't any sign of construction anywhere on their property. I hope they don't build something across town, because heaven forbid the truck transporting parts may run out of gas.

They mentioned expanding over the last few years.  But that still leaves the question:  does anyone know exactly how it works or can refer to a thread that does?
