I have been trying to contact RRA about my NEW LAR-8 for about three weeks.

My origional e-mail to RRA:
I just fired my LAR-8 for the first time.
The first five rounds functioned and the sixth upon firing stuck in the chamber and locked the bolt closed.
I was using factory loaded Winchester 7.62.
Upon inspection of the spent cases three had primer anvils protruding, I was unable to detect any other signs of excess pressure.

The bolt will not open with hand pressure, I have not tried to remove the case by other means.

I finally received an e-mail response and they sugested I call and speak with their tech.

Nearly two weeks of repeated tries and always busy, do you have any suggestions.

you need to call the second that they open or you will not get through due to call volume. If you need to send it in they will give you a return label to print out and I got mine back within 2 weeks of sending it.

Yes try calling them as soon as they open or e-mail them a number to call you at. If you get tired of dealing with them I would consider buying your rifle from you. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions
Finally got a call through and was told the tech was out for the next week, offered my phone number (it was in the e-mail) receptionist said it was hard for them to call out as the lines were full most of the time.
Maybe something will happen next week!
