Hope this hasn't been answered at some point already. If so, I'll admit I only went back like 4 pages to look for a similiar thread.
So I placed an order with you guys a little over a month ago. In it was some trigger guards, a stock wrench, and some pmags. I've received everything but the pmags. I ended up finding some locally and was wondering... with the way that lead times are increasing all over the place, are you guys willing to waive that $25 reprocessing fee for cancellation? It'll help you guys fill some of your other orders sooner :P If not... well, I'm totally willing to wait it out. -Alan ps - i posed this question worded a little differently to customer service, but thought some other people might want to know how you guys are dealing with cancellations at this time. and sorry guys, i'm keeping my order for my upper :D |
