Best time to call is early in the day (8-9 CST) before the phones really get busy.
Yes, we have multiple inbound lines and they are pretty well full for the rest of the day...been busy for a long time, been hectic for a week. If you call the toll free number (866-980-7625) and try back several times, you can generally get through, although you might end up on hold for a little while as our Sales folks are gettingthe calls in the order they're coming into our receptionist.
