Does Rock River still make uppers in Post ban configuration?

that would be pre ban right?
post ban means no threaded barrel no lug

Yesish.
We do them is a post configuration (no lug, non-collapsible stock, etc...), but for the most part, we use threaded barrels with pinned and welded muzzle brakes on them for AWB compliance.
