Steve, after reading many discouraging threads on horrific waits, I was ready to hunkerdown for the long haul, so I'm more than pleased that you all delivered on stated wait time, and appreciate what it takes to keep customers satisfied. Appreciate it. Most of the "horror" stories are because of circumstances beyond our control, exacerbated by a lack of communications on our part to let customers know of extended lead times, etc...We're working on that part of it as well as trying to alleviate many of the vendor issues which cause many of the delays to begin with.
