Is the website down or am I the only one who can't get to it? I ordered a lower assembly from them two days ago and I wanted to call or e-mail and see if it shipped, but I can't get to their site. Does anyone know if the have a toll-free customer service line?

It was down most of the day yesterday, was back up for awhile overnight, and has been sporadically working so far this morning.  Two programmers are on it at this time trying to keep it in place.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is one of those "oh shoots" that you can't plan for or around.

Understandable. Is there an 800 number I can call to get a tracking number for complete lower assembly I ordered earlier this week?

Our toll free number is 866-980-7625.  If you ordered a lower half earlier this week, they won't have a tracking number as they should have let you know that we are running back orders at this time.

Thanks for the number. I called and my complete lower parts kit (including the NM 2-Stage Trigger) shipped yesterday :) I'm not sure how they were able to send me a part that is on backorder. The guy on the phone wasn't very patient with me and sounded frustrated. I must not understand the nuances. Site came up and then went back down. Sorry you guys are having web trouble. I'm excited about getting the lower parts and I've heard so many good things about RRA. If you have the time, could you bring me up to speed on how I would be able to get the 2-Stage NM trigger in a kit of parts but not as a seperate peice? Is it because you inventory them separately?

There's a huge difference between a lower half and a lower parts kit.  The LPKs are rarely out of stock.
The site is back up andf running on a new (and different) server.  If you tried to access it while it was down or have it bookmarked, you might have to refresh.

Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing....

I already have a stripped lower, so I ordered the AR0120NMX which (as the site shows) is a lower receiver parts kit that includes the NM 2-Stage Trigger.... I'm assuming it is what you would call a lower parts kit? Anyhow it should include the trigger, so if the kits include the trigger, how can you be out of stock on triggers. Not trying to be argumentative, just curious. Thanks for your patience.

No worries though. I'm sure there is just a miscommunication somewhere in there. No big deal. I can't wait to try my hand at assembly and get my lower completed.

I'm not sure where you're getting the info that the trigger kit is back ordered.  I mentioned the delay on complete lower halves (as you had said that you had just ordered a lower half assembly), but that's it.  It's rare that we would be out of NM trigger kits (at least those for standard pin size) or LPKs (lower parts kits).
And, we do inventory parts under seperate assembly numbers.  An AR0093NMK Trigger Kit is built and inventoried seperately than an AR0120NM NM Lower Parts Kit.
Thanks.

I gotta brag on you guys. I received the kit a couple nights ago and got it all put into a Wilson Combat lower I had. The NM Trigger feels REALLY good! Very impressive! The roll pin was a tight fit in the Bolt-Catch but no complaints here! Thanks!
