Only markings I can find are "N9A" under the forearm, near the top rear of the barrel. Is it Rock River ?

The barrel is...but don't know about the whole upper/upper half. The "N9A" is our old bbl code for a NATO -chambered, 1:9 twist, unlined moly bbl. Steve/RRA
