Is top-notch. I received my 16" mid-length A4 from Eagle Firearms. Could not wait to get to the range. I get to the range, mount my RRA "tactical" carry handle, and proceed to have to crank the windage all the way to the right to get it on paper. After inspection, I found that the FSB was canted (cast) to the right. I left an e-mail through this site about the issue. Got a very timley response informing me to call the sales department for an RMA#. A very nice lady answered the phone and had no problems setting up a quick RMA. The BBT arrived the very next morning to pick it up, and off it went. RRA received the upper on Fri. the 6th, and had it back to me this morning the 13th. I could not be happier with this customer service, or the products. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have thrown in a NM trigger for my RRA lower.  BTW...It is the much talked about F marked FSB, which I personally dont care about.

We always try to get it right the first time, and when we don't, we try to get it straightened out as quickly and cleanly as possible.

Question for you:  when did you place your order with Eagle Firearms?  Have you had any contact with them in the past 4 weeks?

I ordered it on 2/14/07 when it was in stock. I received it within a week. They seem to be out of stock on most everything right now though. Nature of the beast really. You have to shop around and see who has stock and go from there. I notice that when A dealer is out of stock , B dealer has stock. I do like Eagle though, this was my 2nd RRA purchase from them, no hassle. I have not had contact with them since I ordered though, sorry.

Thanks for your feedback.  The question really isn't about their service--I've got one rifle from them too.  The question is about your recent contact with them--I can't get them on the phone and I'm actually concerned about whether or not everything is OK there because I also had a good experience but not recently.

Congrats on your new rifle!

I've talked to them a couple of times in the past week-two weeks.  All seemed fine, but busy.

Steve, thank you for the news regarding Eagle Firearms.  However, there appears to be several of us that continue to be unable to make any contact with them.  If you have additional communications with them, please mention that it might be a good idea for them to spend a minute and send an update on AR15.com.  Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Wolfram, FYI, I canceled my order, and ordered through Adco.  Adco delivered, great communication.  I don't meean to be critical on this thread, but to want to share feedback.  Bottom line:  RRA rifles are high quality, and I love mine.  I'll be a return customer for RRA guns for a long time.  Next purchase will be a RRA 1911
