Well, I posted this on another forum, but maybe I'll get some better luck here...

Making a long story short, I've had another company's AR for about 5 years now.  Last year we got RRA AR's at work, and I fell in love with the NM trigger, so I bought one for my personal AR.

For some reason, the trigger pull is not nearly as smooth as the one in RRA rifle, and in fact, I'm grouping much worse.

I do have a slight first stage, but after that, its like I'm shooting my old trigger.  Its a pretty hard pull.  For what its worth, when I pull the trigger without the hammer installed, its a pretty light pull.  Any advice?  I'm almost to the point where I'd just ship the lower to RRA and pay them to install the thing and be done with it.

We fit all of the trigger kits together in test lowers before they go out, but if the tolerances are a little bit different in the other brand's lower, you might be having a dimensional issue (possibly by a just couple thousandths).  I fyou want to send it in, just call our Sales Dept (866-980-7625) for a return authorization.  Tell them I said we would take care of fitting it for you (unless its something wrong withth e receiver and not just a fit issue, in which case you'll get a call).
