In a RRA Mid-lenth, what would be a realistic approximation of any accuracy difference between the standard 16" barrel (not chrome lined) and the stainless 16" barrel?

No significant difference, as longas you use appropriate weight bullets for the twist rate (1:9 moly, 1:8 stainless). Steve/RRA
