I bought a used RRA complete upper on the EE back in early '04 and didn't discover until about 5months ago or so that the upper receiver seemed to be out of spec (couldn't get my ARMS 40 off without much pounding, or get a scout rail on). Called RRA, talked to BJ(?) and explained the situation. Post-ban upper, no laser engraving (too old), no marks that I new of that said RRA, but they would know. He gave me an RMA# and had me ship it back on their dime. Just over a week later, and I get it back with a new upper receiver. Things fit very well now. Great service! |
