Youe web site says in stock items ship in 7-10 business days. Is it really taking that long to process orders? I am planning on ordering a few things from you today since you are the only single place that carries everything I'm looking for but I may pass if I have to wait so long. -Lost |

It depends on the items. If it's here, on the shelf and ready to go, it's normally same day/next day right now. If it is in-house but needs to be assembled, generally within a few days. As much as we would like to have everything in-house and on-hand at any given time, that isn't always possible. If something is inbound from the vendor and we know it will be here within a couple days,we will sometimes hold an order to ship it complete as well. We don't ship on the weekends and we don't receive or process web orders that come in after close on Friday until we're back in the office Monday morning. Steve/RRA |
