I recently purchased an ar from a guy which I believe has the A4 upper and it has the fold down sight from the factory on it but no rear sight.  I plan on some day purchasing a scope like an ACOG or something similar and an eotech, which rear sight would be best to go with that?  I want a fold down sight preferably.  I'm new to the AR so will any of the sights you sell work pretty much the same with all that?  I'm wanting to be able to co witness, and also I'm assuming all the sights when flipped up will be the same height?

Welcome to the world of AR-style rifles.
If you're going to want to mount the rear sight at the same time as the ACOG, I would go with an ARMS 40L...it flips down and out of the way a little "flatter" than most others on the market to allow the clearanc eyu would need to mount the rear of the ACOG over it.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

the 40L is what I have been considering.  I think that's what I will probably get.  One other question, do you have manuals available to purchase for the rifle, and also how quickly would the sight ship out if I ordered it?

Sights would ship within a few of days if in stock, which I believe that they are.
We use a standard GI manual.  For general familiarization, I suggest any of the manuals available from the Information tab at the top of the AR15.COM pages.
Thanks.
