| I ordered a Hornady LNL-AP Sunday and used a gift card for part of the amount. They sent me an email stating that the order had a problem. I called and they said that the gift card was not active yet. I called the next day and they resolved that and the order was marked "In Progress" on Tuesday. I called back today to see why the press hadn't shipped yet. They couldn't give me any real info but are going to call back in the morning, they stated there was a problem with the order but didn't specify. Its been a little frustrating but Brownells staff have been awesome so far, hopefully tomorrow they can give me an idea of when it will ship. |
| Apparently there is a fault in the system as I had the same issue with a phoned in order recently.The order sat in limbo for a few days.Called Brownells three days in a row and each time the rep said it was stuck in their system somehow and they would make sure it gets picked and shipped.Finally after a week I just called and cancelled the order. |

they take forever to ship No they don't. I came here to post that their shipping has been sort of dropping the ball on the last few orders I have placed. Usually they ship the next day or same day if it's early. I've been getting multi-day ship wait times lately. |
| Similar shipping issues. I am not in a hurry but a backordered item went in stock last week and still hasn't shipped yet. I called. They said maybe next week. I felt like canceling it and just reordering. It probably would have shipped today. Never had problems with in stock items but it sounds like their back order system has leaves something to be desired. |

| I have called and discussed my order with a customer service rep . It seems my order is too stuck in your computer system. I have been a faithful Brownells customer for 14 years. Brownells has been my goto parts guys but this is ridiculous. What a huge impact on customers getting there orders. I hope this is not a preview of future business practices. I will call back again tomorrow and try one more time to find get the the status of my order. Todays excuse was its being picked and will ship today. Didn't happen. My last order was time sensitive and brownells failed. I had to order a couple of items from midway to uses in tomorrows shooting class. I do wish to continue my parts orders form Brownells in the future but leaving long time customers in the "order processing " category for days is a bit troubling . |

I'm about to cancel a $500 order and find a new supplier. I'm sick and tired of getting ship dates from Brownells and telling my customers that it should be in by a certain date, and the stuff not being in. I'm actually on hold with them right now with no explanation for the repeated delays. They're making me look bad. I have 2 custom rifles that can't go out the door until this order gets here.

I understand their moving, but this is getting a little irritating. The item has been back in stock for about 2 weeks now and it's apparently stuck in processing limbo. I called again Monday and was told it looks like it's being picked for shipment and yet here we are on Wed. with nothing happening. I hate being a pain about stuff like this, but it looks like your Reps have been told to appease the customers with promises of "it's shipping this week" or "it's being prepped for shipment" when it's not true.
ETA: It's on backorder again as of 11/15. Will be interesting to see if I get it at all now... |

Frankly I doubt I'll place another order, period. It would have to be for something only they carry (which is the case this time) or a really good deal. The only reason I order from them now is because they have such a broad selection. Some of their dealer pricing is higher than retail at others. |

My current order has been *Released and waiting to be picked* since tuesday. Tried to cancel it today, apparently its to far along to cancel but no ETA on when it will ship.
Brownell's is usually top notch, but this is getting frustrating with the lack of any real information from CS. |
