I placed an order the 14th, received confirm that same day.  Yesterday I had noticed that the appropriate funds had not been subtracted from my account, and began to question the delay on the order.  I called Brownells today, and within 10 min the order was placed.  CS was professional, and they took the time to state the problem.  The crash of the system which I was not privy to, but I have since seen it has been mentioned on this board.  Crashes with systems happen, its a check in the negative column for todays ease of ordering and consumerism.  As I am sure that they are now swamped with similar, or semi-similar problems, they could have not been more helpful and expedient with processing my order again.  Just a thank you to CS in rectifying a mistake, nothing spectacular, just doing an appropriate job, and even that nowadays is something that is very hard to come by.
