What is going on there? you might want to give them a call. i was waiting for over a week for my order to go thru. last night i got a email stating that my order was still on hold cause i requested to have my credit card info called in which i didnt. anyway i called in today and i was told for some reason there system dropped my credit card number but all other info remained. pretty odd. |
| Just got my order today. I did call them and I was told my order was going to be shipped on 10/11...I cannot believe I was still charged shipping. After waiting nearly 16 days for shipping without any communication. That is a -1 in my book. I know my brother is having the same issue with an order he placed. What is going on in Brownells land? |
