Customer service email wasn't any help at all.
Ordered a 16 inch gas tube http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/sid=50722/sku/Gas_Tube__16_ from the link above. Recieved a 10 inch gas tube. |

Don't both 16" and 10" barrels use a carbine length gas system? Or are referring to the actual length of the gas tube itself? The tube for a carbine length gas system is about 10" long...
In fairness, 'Gas Tube, Carbine' would be a better product name than 'Gas Tube, 16".' After all, some 16" barrels are midlength gas systems. |
