While I know some have had bad experiences here and there, I just wanted to post today about the terrific service I have recieved through brownells. Not only are the prices unbelievable (discount) but the backordered items have always come in 1-2 months before expected. Fedex ground shipping gets to me the very next day at about 9am in the morning!
Just recently had my first issue and it was resolved immediatly making me a more than happy customer again. I ordered a flash hider that was backordered at the time, and it came in about a week ago. However I shortly after noticed it was not the right order. I contacted brownells as was told to return the item and they would pay shipping and send the next one out immediatly. I sent back fedex, and just a few days later recieved the correct item along with a check for shipping. Just wanted to share the terrific experiences I have had with Brownells, and I will continue to recommend them to friends as the place to buy from! |
