I realize there may be limitations on what can be disclosed. However, what would you say the likelihood of ACOG models other than the TA31 (preferably the TA33) coming out with an ACSS reticle?

We think they are the best reticles in the world.

Why ACSS?

Only 1.5x, would the acss be useable at that magnification?

We have the ACSS in a Holosun 1x microdot and shooters love it. That being said, it's a simplified reticle that doesn't reach out to 800 yards like the reticles in our 1-6x or 1-8x optics. If you are reaching out to 300 or 400 yards with a 1.5x, you do need some help with bullet drop but you can't really expect to push much farther than that. At least I can't, not with MY eyes...

Yes it's the ACSS CQB-m5 reticle. It's the perfect balance between red dot fast like speed with Auto ranging and BDC out to 500 yards. Its become my favorite go to optic.

regarding your ACSS TA31, does it use the "primary arms" subtensions versus the "Trijicon" subtensions for the BDC... They are significantly different (yards vs meters, shorter test barrel, I guess)

Completly different system. The ACSS provides a complete firring solution on the fly.
