[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M14 scope ring height

I was planning to use the 4-14FFP on an M14, will I get the proper cheek weld/height with that scope and medium rings?

would i need a cheek riser?
or
will low rings work with the 4-14's diameter?

bonus question:

will using an AR height mount/scope be impossible to use on an M14?
can the 4-16 scope handle the M14 recoil? (i'm assuming the 4-14 can)

Right now, the utg m14 mount. Didn't want to spend a lot, because I'm mulling the rogue juggernaut

I'm curious about this as well - using a Smith Enterprise mount, would low rings work? Or would you recommend a mount?
