I went on the site to check out the groundhog sale email I got and when I tried to sign in it said my username and password were incorrect. I know that they were correct but went to forgot password just incase I typed the Pw in wrong.. the site tells me that my email isn't registered and to sign up. then I went to contact PA through the contact us page got all the way to the code and hit submit The site tells me the code is wrong and to go back and fix it.
So I reregistered and have no wishlist or order history etc. Not a big deal just strange.
Am I the only one with this issue? |

Yea only that one.
It's all set now one of the PA staff call about an order because of the account messing up so I talked to them about it. The tech support told me that the email had 3 different accounts some how.. So he fixed it and it's down to one Even with little issues like this PA pulls through with great customer service.
