what mount is in the picture here I have a 16 inch ar upper with a FSB and I like the scope and the mount. also what mount is good for a ar with a fsb? Sorry 2 questions

That is the two piece Nikon mount. AR height mount, You will only see a shadow of the front post and quickly tune it out. The scope is so short you can't use many one piece mounts
