I'd like to take this time to thank primary arms, and to reinforce throughout the arfcom community the quality of their customer service.
I had placed an order for a seekins 9 inch mcsr rail through primary arms. When the package arrived it appeared that the 2 short rail sections which were in the description were not included in the box, and also that the rail I recieved was not exactly what I had ordered. It was indeed a seekings 9 in mcsr rail, but the new version 2 which uses a keymod style of attachment. When i called, John of primary arms, was prompt to determine what went wrong, and how it could be rectified. He encouraged me to email them so it could be forwarded to seekins. Within less then 24 hrs, I was sent a chain of emails between primary and seekings determining where the mishap occurred and a viable solution. Brett (primary arms) was more then willing to follow up with this solution at their cost to insure the longevity of a customer. I declined the offer as it wouldn't fit the concept of the current build and considered the matter closed. However the simple willingness, prompt response and additude of all the customer service representatives of both companies played a large part in my decision to close the matter. Primary arms and seekins have both earned a nod of respect, and repeat business from me. And to think I was impressed by the pa red dot holding up against my abuse, their customer service tops it.
