I received a PA 3X Long Eye Relief Magnifier for Christmas along with the standard height mount. Unfortunately, I needed the 1/3 height. I got in touch with Primary Arms, and Brett responded to my email very quickly with the return info and how the exchange would be handled.
Despite all the craziness that is going on now, he called me a few days after I returned the mount and processed the exchange over the phone in a couple of minutes. I really appreciate this kind of customer service, especially with the fact that whole industry is blowing up right now. A big thanks to Brett and to everyone at Primary Arms for the stellar customer service. Keep up the good work you guys!
