I modified my M3 RDS to make the OFF position on the rheostat more visible. I simply took a file and lightly flattened one of the ridges on the knob where it aligned with the silver dot to make it easier to see that the RDS is off.

Funny cause I did the same thing yesterday with a paint pen. Helps you see if it's actually off much better.

I had used a sliver Sharpie several times but it kept wearing off. Now I have a permanent index mark.
