I have been thinking the first company to do this would do very well but it kind of requires either an inventory in hand f a lot of parts or the ability to make anything on somewhat short notice. Basically a website or part of the existing website where you can basically "build" either an upper assembly or rifle kit. I.e. Pick the receiver, barrel profile, gas block, rail etc. from drop down menus and pick the exact stuff you want and have psa assemble this for you. Of course a higher price than the daily deals would be expected and a 30 day assembly/shipping time would be practical. Nobody really offers something like this and I think PSA could do it well and it would make buyers of all of us lookers that wait for the daily deals to match what we want.

Pricing would have to reflect the amount of inventory needed to be kept on hand to make the choices interesting, but sure.

Upgrade options would be pretty sweet on your uppers, lowers, and kits.
I think it could prove to raise your average ticket per unit as well which isn't a bad thing for a business.
