What does overrun mean? City, County, State, markings? Or MARSOC, USSCOM, DEVGRU?

And what sort of sights does it comes with? The normal plastic "cup and ball" or something like the metal factory night sights?

Cross reference the MFG number. Standard sights, two mags.

Overruns usually mean standard gun but overrun so they can charge you more because it's special.

swap out the barrel with one of the many conversion barrels on the market and you're good to go. Mine has functioned flawlessly with a lone wolf 40-9 conversion.
