Can I use a standard 556 buffer and spring or do I need a 9mm specific buffer and spring?

Also

Is there any chance of a Glock compatible 45ACP or 10mm version in the future?

You need a heavy 9mm buffer since it is blowback.  They are the same size as normal buffers, but way heavier.  You can use a standard spring, but you may end up needing an extra power one like Wolff makes.
